Is Akon. I don't know why but, to me, hes just a great vocalist with great lyrics. Don't get me wrong, I'm not really into rap but Akon is an exception. His album, Trouble, is one of my favorites.
Who else likes Akon? If you haven't listened to some of his music then I recommend you try it out.

I have never been able to really get into Akon, but I really like Busdriver. His rap sounds kinda like more classic stuff, not the crap you get on MTV. You should check him out.

Akon is a decient rapper. However, T-pain has a much better voice. My favorite song by Akon is probably Smack That, of course.

Eminem is my favorite rapper.
You know what Akon spelled backwards is? Noka, which is arabic for over-rated rapper.

Either Eminem or Busdriver, but I wouldn't go out of my way to put them in my music collection since I prefer my music to have instruments...

Yea Eminem is the only reason why I liked that song also lol. Eminem is a truly fanastic rapper, he's actually one of my favorites.

He hasnt retired his game plan has been:release a CD then not release one for a few years instead of haveing one every one or two years.that way his music stays fresh and he blows back onto the scene.

well rap songs believe it or not use real instruments to record the songs and if u dont listen to rap then u shouldprobley check out sum underground rap its not at all the the crap u here on mtv like akon whose not even a legit rapper
