Metal Gear Solid Philanthropy is a fan-made film, it will likely never see theaters or television.
There is, however, a Hollywood Metal Gear movie being made, there just hasn't been any details on it yet.
That being said, it doesn't look half-bad, especially given their limited budget, I guess we'll see how it turns out.
Here's the eighth (5/4) installment of my signature, which will consist of lyrics from my favorite bands/artists (And ones you should check out):
