(I even replied to another one of them.)

I don't know about you, but Brawl felt incredibly slow compared to Melee, and why the hell does it take me a half hour to fall to the damned ground?

I don't know about you, but Brawl felt incredibly slow compared to Melee, and why the hell does it take me a half hour to fall to the damned ground? From talking to some correspondant for the Nintendo production team, they told me they sensed a lot of disappointment/ discontentment among those who weren't as good as the Kens,Azens, or KDJs. They realized ( and were right) that it was the speed of the game that was hard for the inferior players to keep up with, so they wanted to make it a more publically sellable game ( it's a business, after all). By lessening the gravitational force and getting rid of L-cancelling and wavedashing, it makes it harder for everyone to do the (quick attacks+ recoveries) and keep continuing until they've KO'd the opponet while only putting on 30 damage. Basically, the game is much more arial-based than before ( because of the floatiness), so the techiness of Melee--which is an entirely skill-based aspect of it--is gone. Therefore, it's easier for a lazy spammer to beat a good player.
