I highly reccomend The Alienist and The Angel of Darkness by Caleb Carr. Both are set back in the late ninteenth early twentieth century. They are a series about a group of people that team up to solve some cases involving serial killers. Very suspensful and addicting. Great for any fan of mystery books.
