Are you asking, Why is M'Soft no longer making any games? If that is the case, it is because no one is buying them anymore. People have moved on to the 360. Making games for a console that no one buys anymore is just plain out stupid.

God, these threads asking the same question over and over again are getting annoying. The 360 has been out for what's going to be three years now. If you haven't accumalated the cash for one within that time period, you are one lazy bastard...
