My Lousy Job

Is this a good job?

$11/hr working at the candy stand making popcorn and as a cashier at the movies.

Three hours on Friday.
Five on Saturday and Sunday.

Sixteen years old. I have been working there for two weeks and it is really fun because it is the biggest theatre in Nassau County + all the employees are hilarious and my boss is awesome. He's into video games (Xbox and a bit of Nintendo).

I plan on working there until I'm nineteen.

Good job?

This has also been the reason why i was inactive (looking for a college and getting a job)

I have a confession to make, I've always wanted to be a video store junkie; not as a carreer or anything, I just want to do it for a couple of months.  My buddies girlfriend works as one and she gets to check out movies two to three weeks before they come out....for free.

Anyways, sounds like a pretty kick ass job for your age.

I've always wanted to be gaming store junkie.Think about it, all you have to do is tell why X game is better than Y, make up some other bull and boom, you've got a sale. Plus, you get to try out some of the games and watch Family Guy most of the day.
It would be an epic job.

It's turning out to be fun. All i do is obviously put popcorn in a machine, wait five minutes and watch movies on my portable DVD player when i'm not selling candy. I get free candy during no bussiness and my boss sometimes comes in and just talks about random crap. I also bring in a ball to throw around with the ticketmaster (obviously the guy who takes the tickets and takes off the stub). I get free movies to movies on premire day but usually i can't see them...

And during all of this i get $11/hr.

dang I wish I Made $11/Hr. All I make is $9.50 an hour.
