If your rank is stuck for any reason, only an admin can change it. To get this done much faster, DO NOT post a request in here, but rather send a PM to either Savage or myself. This way, we'll know right away that you have a request because we'll receive an email telling us we have a new PM, rather than coincidentally seeing your request here in this forum days later while doing a casual pass.
EDIT: I edited in Savage's name, since he took over Random's spot as an admin.
