Any background you think will work is fine but I wanted a dragon (The kind that looks like Gyrados from Pokemon) that is greenish turning to blue. Then like that Frankenstein pic that was posted today, I want some sort of electricity bolts around it. Then I want the symbols for "Colored Dragon" in some cool Japanese font. Let me know of you can do this. I don't like making sigs to certain parameters.
