No. Who does? I never knew " it was a tremendous factor" meant "the only factor". It's funny how often people are out to get you...

No, I said I research in those times.
puredolemite wrote: | | Out of curiousity, what do you have against females? You seem to bash them a lot. Not much, it just bothers me that so many can't hold worldviews outside their emotional shell. It's only what THEY want, despite how often I point out the lack of justification in comparison to my idea. If you criticize them, they ALWAYS assume it's a personal attack and respond with petty ad hominem continuously. They discuss things ONLY in terms of what they "feel" and never applying logic to make sense of what they feel. And when I analyze things further using logic, they tell me " there's nothing logical about this", showing they completely lack understanding of what logic is and how blatantly useful/ necessary it is. This is possibly a very difficult thing to overcome, but they're always perpetual followers, regardless of whether or not they WANT to be in control. I've never seen a female who wanted control ( other than in parenting) because they honestly felt most responsible; it's always to make sure they can easily get their way, regardless of who might be hurt ( this has happened a lot lately, and I and people I work with are suffering because of it.) Their perpetual followership leads them to almost never ( keyword, "almost") believe anything outside of what they learn in school. They assume they're smart because they do well in school, when, really, they're good listeners and are good at putting into action others' thoughts. They generally have poor abilities understanding unsimple logical concepts. They often prioritize social acceptance/ progression over knowing truth. They spend most of their free time indulging in their emotional desires, hoping to truly be happy after it. Regardless of what they think, they are, largely, materialistic. They have monstrous desires to immediately buy material objects as soon as they accumulate money, often despite having great opportunities to make more money, or to get out of a financial rut. They rarely try to get ahead, mainly because it means people will feel inferior to them and not like them because of it, as stupid as it is. They take everything personally.
These are mostly beliefs I have on the "typical" female--if you get what I mean. I don't believe this about every female, just the majority.
Guys have their general problems too; it's just coincidence that we happen to be talking about things that have strong relations to what I'm talking about. I have love/ hate feelings towards most females ( certainly not towards all)--probably people in general. Like you, actually. I'm in no way a sexist, though; I hate the majority of each gender equally. ( you probably saw that coming.)
I honestly hate myself for spending that much extra time playing Brawl. I am just too competitive to stop. I lack discipline, I just feel no hypocrisy pointing out others' lack as well, for that's ALL I'm doing. I'm all about having fun, just not fun that's revolved around wicked desires, detrimental behavior, and primarily time-wasting in every valid sense. I love and enjoy writing, thinking, debating, and other types of games. Most' idea of "fun" mostly differs from mine. "Fun" is entirely relative ( not subjective, and certainly not objective).

I meant it more in a long term fashion anyways, when a person dies all that really matters is his actions in life, did he cause good things? Did he cause bad things? Did he focus his life purely on his own pleasure? |

Thinking itself is necessarily a positive thing; however, as you said, the "value" of the thought is determined by what he's thinking about and its relation to actuality. Females thoughts TYPICALLY don't help others learn any relevant information. Unfortunately, it just so happens that what we consider practical we also consider important, and what we consider practical is social matters--specifically how to look better in others' eyes. Learning truth is not consider practical, from what I've seen.

That's MOSTLY true, it just so happens that not everyone is willing to listen to good insight in every circumstance. You can know everything, and I 30 percent; if my lack of understanding makes me skeptical of what you know ( that I don't), I probably won't be smart enough to see why I should believe you ( because of ignorance), and will proceed not to. Is it your fault for not making a difference? Of course not! This very much applies to reality, especially considering people's open-mindedness only extends to things that are nice--such as...I won't name names.

I already hit on that. And? What's your point. What evidence is there of even POSSIBLY false information? I know I haven't seen any, and I've read quite a few articles.

I can't believe I have never thought of this.

This is a common misconception. Sure, you can edit most articles as you see fit, but your revision will be deleted quite briskly if it is either blatantly false or has no sufficient source.
Here's the eighth (5/4) installment of my signature, which will consist of lyrics from my favorite bands/artists (And ones you should check out):
"So ***, the flocks, of sheep that keep amassing masses, Asses being led so far astray. And I won't claim to believe the things I read, Black books or agenda magazines, I'd rather see in shades of gray. -Tomas Kalnoky (Streetlight Manifesto)

Don't be too hasty, though, Chaser. About one-fifth of every fact cited on particular sources will take usually two-four extra steps to find. I have no idea if teachers/ professors actually check the legitimacy of the sources, but I always actually go to the sources to be safe.
