So many things wrong here.
First Sam, if this is what you believe, do me a favor. Burn all your books, movies, CDs, don't watch TV, and don't play Video Games anymore. Art gives us so many things in life, to say not teaching art in schools is just idiotic. Art is what makes us human. Art is in everything from math to architecture.
You know, many people compare people and things they hat to the *** on a very often basis, but here, I think it is apt. This is what Hitler believed. Burn books and burn paintings, keep everyone's minds shut.

I did not say to ban art, I said to ban art in public schools (primary and secondary) and 4-year university. Did you the solution part of the post.

instead four-year universities so people will not waste all that money......I read it...still am opposed to it. Why would you ban art in schools? Art in schools is where I learned to Like art. It's where I learned to enjoy art. I don't do things like taking external lessons, because I've got like a million other teams and organizations I have to go to. Doin gsomething as time-consuming as art out of school? I don't think so. Our school prides itself on the fact that we still have art and music classes. I took art this year myself! answer this: How is Art not a real class?

It is not an acedmic. It is not English, Math, Science, or History. But you can intergrate art into it and that is a problem. I said that intergrating art into these subject will inspire more people take the art major in 4-year university. Art major college does not have good carrers but unrealistic ones too. 1 out of 100,000 people will become a good artist (the odds are bad). Local artists makes very little money. http://www.bls.gov/oco/
Art jobs will decline in number and earnings. Look them up in the search bar. What can you do wtih $15,000 a year. You cant buy a house so that it for you. Local artist in my state live with their mothers. Local or not getting jobs like that is very hard too. Nobody pays much attention to local artist (bad earning right there). Instead to keep the entertainment alive estabish it in local community college (save $30,000) which teaches the same thing as 4-year universities (compare acdemic catalogs on university sites). To keep the art inspiration low do not teach it in public schools so people will not end up broken dreams, regrets, bad carrers, and unhappiness. Like I said there are millions and millions of acedmic jobs that you can enjoy and that you can use as a hobbie.

Are you a complete idiot? I looked at all the statistics. The unemployment rate for fine arts is 1.7 percent. The starting salaries in fine arts are pretty darn high at $54,238, and the job satisfaction rate is pretty good, with 71 percent being satisfied. Your own research doesn't back up the very clims you make!

71% is bad. 39% not sataisfied. Behind the Norm, one of the worst job satasifaction besides structure building. The employment rate is 8.2%!!!!

The unemployment rate is 1.7 % you freaking moron! Plus the satisfaction rate is 57.9%, not 39%. Plus, there are several other majors with a lower satifaction rate. Your own research that you pride yourslef so highly on is wrong you freaking idiot!
