First of all, it is called a Final Smash. Secondly, there isn't any way to judge Final Smashes being better or worse than others. Personally, I like Link's and Marth's. They take some aiming but if you connect, KO. On the bad side, I would say Kirby's is the worst. I must disagree with the second one, You can judge them by power, acuracy, and so on... Marth and Links are good, But you have to be right next to them. Captain Falcon's Is a guarenteed KO, on a small stage, and probably a medium stage. And by the way, Kirby's is't the worst. Are you forgetting about peach? Yeah I know that it is basically the same thing as Luigi's but at least Luigi has his awsome Super Jump Punch that KO's some one at about 60% damage. Well, I guess you are right. I mean, the official strategy guide judges the FS's. No, I wasn't forgetting about Peach's FS. I like hers because either 1.) You get most all of your % taken down by eating peaches or 2.) You have an opponent open to lay a fully charged smash attack on. With Kirby's FS, unless you cook your opponents with all bombs, it will be hard to KO someone. I guess what I meant by not being able to judge FS's was because there are so many different scenarios that the FS's are used in. It's almost like judging a Ferrari on the Autobahn against a mini-van in the neighborhood. You understand what I meant now? I agree with that 100%. Lucario's FS is pretty good. It deserved a 6.5-7...At least in my opinion. True...I guess Peach's FS is only good on high damage opponents. Har-har go ahead and rub it in all you want. The thing I meant (And still think I'm right on) was that there are soooo many different scenarios that FS's get used in. That alone is what makes em' hard to judge. Take Lucas and Captain Falcon for example: Lucas uses his FS on a medium/large stage like New Pork or even the Bridge of Eldin. Very hard to get a KO with that. Take Captain Falcon on a small stage like Final Destination, a good chance it will lead to a KO. That's what I meant. If you take every character, use the same level, and execute it on a stationary enemy, THEN it would be ok to judge/rate them...But only once at least some of the variables have been eliminated. ...Geez...Would someone post in the Mario Kart thread already?!?! lol It comes out in a week and the thread has all of 4 pages. Does anyone have any new info or questions? In order (Ironicly): Squirtle, ivysaur, Charizard. I like P.T. a lot because you don't have to worry about chosing a fast, weak character, or a Slow strong character, Or even a middle class character.
