Sudhish's account has been suspended for one month due to his flamming behavior lately.
We hope, though highly doubt, it will help Sudhish understand he can't constatnly flame and get away with it.

I HIGHLY doubt Sudhish will change himself. Remember the last time Sudhish was suspended/banned? Did he change? No. Lets face it, Sudhish won't change. Now you have to make the choice if you want him around or not..

I'm thinking this is sort of a "this is your last chance" kind of dealio, I think he thought it was just me on his case about the complaining; yet CS, Sav, and Rev all agreed that it was appropriate action; Ace is generally busy with Facebook and Cdogg...I think he just likes to watch....like some kind of sexual predator...though nothing sexual involved. I suppose I'm just a Communist, I figured trying to put Suds in line was for the good of the community, and from your reactions I guess I did the right thing.
My goal with being harsh like I was, was in hope that he would learn to post without having to try and convince people that he's better than they are (where he really should realize he isn't better than anyone, damn narcists), my basing for that being that he always had to name names and talk down to them (I'm sure I don't need to give examples).
He's a smart guy, well booksmarts wise, but I believe he doesn't understand people (even though he mentions how he's studied so many peoples psyche). He's just not a social person and I doubt he'll change, which is too bad; but as the wise camp cook told me years ago "Damnit Dolemite, you burnt the Goddamn soup!"....oh wait wrong one "You brought it upon yourself!" (followed with me getting my ass royally whipped in Risk)
So to Suds, since I think he'll read this eventually, good luck with having a good career and making assloads of money; and I hope that you pull your head out of your ass and start trying to see things from other people's perspectives.

Suds has the same problum i do: we are intellegent but have difficulty using it. I can project what i am saying but i look like a Jack Ass.Him well he like to show it by bitching, go figure.Well suds Good luck in your carrer cause as i see it you look like a boss: always trying to improve but not always succseding.And Dole has this right,not bout the soup but the textbook wisness. hey dole how can i quote that into my Sig(the soup and the risk part)?

Anyways, yes, I DID agree this was the appropriate action. Why? Sudhish is like the gum in the hair of this forum. Always annoying the *** out of us, but somehow, he's always stuck here. While this month long suspension will change nothing, it'll surely increase the happiness of most members on here. I myself still like him a bit, but I'm not going to hide the fact that I think he speaks his mind FAR too much. I believe in free speech, but I also believe in the saying "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all".

you guys know what it is... he really isn't just complaining mindlessly about everything we do. hes got a plan for CCC, and everything we do just happens for fall against that plan. unfortunately, he feels it is his duty to let us know we are living up to his standards.
you guys might call me crazy, but i probably know suds alot better than most of you, and banning him only adds wood to the fire. seriously, try making him a mod. you guys probably all think he'd just fly off the handle and go nuts... comparable to actions such as, say, mine? i know the kid, and i know hes composed enough to handle himself in a position of authority. his entire time spent here hes been working his little fingers off trying to convince us hes got what it takes to rule the universe or something, but he really cant in a regulation situation (regular member status). also taking into consideration how stubborn he is with us, hes really got no option but to do a good job.
bottom line, taking into account his competitive and stubborn nature, along with his massive urge to finally show to us he means what he says, hes pretty much forced his dignity on doing well in a position of authority.
call me crazy... but i'd do it in a heart beat if i was an admin.

Actually, I think you hit the nail on the head stealth. The suspension, will just "add wood to the fire" as you said. I respect the guy, don't get me wrong, but I do believe he deserved to be suspended. I also agree with stealth that if he was in a mod position he would be much more tolerable, and he would fly off the handle so easily.

That's actually why I think it's a bad idea to give him mod. Suds figures that everything should be the way he wants it, rather than how the community wants things.
I was one of the people that pushed for Suds to be made a mod, though now I see that he would probably act a lot like you did when you were a mod Stealth; you did a good job moderating but you were also way too much of an ***; now you were just that to pretty much just CM, but I figure Suds would probably be like that to everyone. I'm sure you can agree that he's not a very welcoming person.

Suds is pretty right there, for example the punishment I was putting on him was originally done without anyone else's consent, and I've stirred *** up in the Private Section a few times already. Suds is the same, he's not the type to perform properly when given orders; but he's also socially inept to such a degree that he'd chase off a lot of the members here, along with new members, so he wouldn't be a good admin or mod IMO. (Check out the ForceFlow promotion thread for evidence)
I still like the chap, but he's got to learn to get along with people better, and once again I have to say that he has to learn that he's no better than anyone else.

haha, well everyone knows we aren't to give him such a position without the tightest *** leash around his neck. i think i forgot to mention that point. the idea being, not to quickly remove his status, but rather demonstrate your power over his (as an admin) and over rule every little thing he does that sets even a baby toe over the line that we pushed back just for him. then we'd just have the same odl sudhish, only hes part of the clean up crew too.
its mostly a matter of ignoring what he has to say when he acts up, in that scenario. something tells me the main idea here is to attempt get him to simply smarten up with what he says... and i can only laugh at that attempt.

I still think that if he was made a mod and put on a tight leash that as soon as the admins "demonstrate their power" he'd complain about it on the forums. Like you said, he's got his view on what this place should be like, and that's against the way everyone else sees this place.
The way I see how this should be taken is, learn to behave or get the hell out of here; we shouldn't have to go out of our way to put up with his crap and neither should anyone else here.
